Roofers Who Actually Show Up (and Fix It Right!) After trying to reconnect with one of the big-name roofers in the area (the same ones who replaced a valley once before) I gave up after they ignored my calls and failed to show up three separate times. Then I had the good fortune of meeting Pam Smith of Omega Roofing at a Chamber of Commerce event, and that’s when things started looking up. I mentioned I had another valley leaking into my dining room (never a good thing), and Pam immediately said she’d have Randy come by. Sure enough, he was literally at my house that very afternoon to take a look and give me a quote. His price beat out two other roofers, and they started work the same week. It was a small job, but Randy was on-site at both the beginning and the end to make sure everything was done right (and that I was happy with the results). During the repair, he even found a hole that two previous roofers and a gutter guy had completely missed. Omega fixed it as part of the job. After more than two years of intermittent leaking, we’ve now made it through two major rainstorms with no water in sight. That’s what I call a blessing. If you want it done right, call Omega. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and quality of work speak for themselves. And here’s the kicker: they’re the only roofing company I’ve found that includes a 10-year labor warranty (most stop at 1 or 5). I highly recommend Safeguard Roofing! We had a leak in our roof, so Randy and Pam came over, took pictures of the roof and showed us exactly where the problem was. They gave us an estimate and got it taken care of quickly!
